C. Howard Wendel, CPA was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan where he graduated from Redford High School (a member of the Detroit public schools). Howard spent 3 years in active military service including 15 months in Vietnam. Howard graduated with honors from Walsh College with an accounting degree. While attending Walsh College he worked in the internal audit department at First Federal Savings Bank of Michigan (now known as Charter One Bank). Howard joined Gerald C. Schroeder & Company and has been with the firm for over 41 years. He has been a partner since 1974.
Howard is currently an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Howard has been married to his wife Patricia for 40 years. He has 3 children and 6 grandchildren.

Gail P. Halahan, CPA was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois where she graduated from St. Scholastica High School. Prior to beginning her career in public accounting, Gail owned two separate hair salons, one in Arizona and one in Michigan. Gail has been doing hairdressing for over 35 years. Gail graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Walsh College. Gail has been in public accounting for 15 years where she continues to advise small businesses and their owners. Gail has 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
Gail is the chairwoman of the finance committee of her condo association as well as a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Red-Hatters social club.
Donald A. Radabaugh, CPA was born in Trenton, Michigan. He was raised in New Boston, Michigan where he graduated from New Boston Huron High School. Donald attended Harding University (Searcy, Arkansas) where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He passed the CPA exam while in public practice in Maumee, Ohio. During his career, he worked his way up the ladder in public accounting and today is one of the three partners of the firm. He has served as a Corporate Controller for an international export company and previously as an Assistant Controller.
Donald is currently an active member of the Tax Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants as well as a member of the Trenton Church of Christ.
Donald has been married to his wife Kendra for over 10 years and has two young boys Donald (DJ) and Joseph (Joey).
