• Do I have employees that are key to my business? If yes, what would their death/disability mean to my business? Am I one of those key persons?

• If my business partner dies or becomes disabled, where will the funds come from to buy his/her partnership interest?

• Could a short hospital stay turn into financial bankruptcy for my family?

• If I become disabled, will my family have to move from our existing home because of the loss of my income?
